9th August 2008 Windsurfing: Shoreham Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: Session time = 10.30am-1.30pm Surf / Sea State: LT@11am Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: Overcast/rain :( Max Speed: Distance Covered: Yay a two day windy weekend. Early start on Saturday to catch low tide and the dry weather ahead of the worst of the forecasted rain. Proper windy - 5.2 then 4.5 full power. I donned the helmet as a statement of looping intent and had a handful of "attempts" which were all worse than crap. Was still a good session though. Some sunshine tomorrow would be nice. |
